Students, faculty, and staff may access the Library’s restricted subscription database services from off campus using any commercial Internet service provider. Off-campus access to restricted resources is limited to current ASUTR students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.
How to Access Library Databases from Off-campus:
When you attempt to access a Library database, you will be directed to a login page.
Enter your Student ID and PIN (last 4 digits of your ID#) OR your ASUTR student email and click the “Sign in” button.
Once you are validated, you may move between restricted databases without interruption. Your session will remain active for one hour or until you next start your web browser.
OR if you log into your my.asutr.edu dashboard, it should allow you uninterrupted access without asking for an ID and PIN.
Addendum: The college is transitioning to Banner and your ID numbers have changed. If you are a student enrolled before 2022; originally it would be asking for your ID 0000XXXXX. However, it has been changed to match your new Student ID number 5XXXXXXX.
